Sony Search for Bright New Stars!

Hello Everyone,

I just spoke with Sony and they have me on the look out for bright new artists. So spread the word and get your Youtube demo ready real quick because that's how we will be submitting the entries. I promise to listen to everyone that wants to be considered.

Here are the details:

For right now, I need Ages 13- 16 (ages 12 and 17 will be considered as well as long as you are in 2010)
Sony Music is conducting a nationwide search for teen singers. This is not a contest, sweeptakes or promotion! We are hoping to find everyday teens that live in anywhere USA ... from big cities to the smallest of towns. Oh, and Canada too! We just want teens that can REALLY SING! And the good news... we're not just looking for ONE single singer - We're looking for a BUNCH of talented teen singers. Any type of music goes -- Pop, Rock, R&B, Country, Spiritual, Rap, Hip Hop, Alternative, Folk - you name it! Just show us you got it! You can be a singer-songwriter, solo act, a duet, in a boy band, girl group, or any other combo works for us too! Playing an instrument, dancing, or writing music is NOT required - just an added bonus. We want to see the REAL you - NO show biz stuff. Just be authentic and be amazing!

So, if you're truly a great singer you should give it a shot! You never know, you may become one of Sony Music's next big Teen Star!

My best of luck to everyone,

Jacqueline Jax
Director of Artist Development American Vocal Academy
