The Starbucks Rejection Tour!

In addition to coffee and sweets, Starbucks is now selling music CDs, with sales in the millions. So it's not surprising that unknown artists are knocking on its doors. Well, one artist in particular. DaVido is a nightclub singer in New Jersey, and a few years ago he was sitting in Starbucks, chatting it up with friends. Thinking how nice it would be to have a CD for sale at his favorite Java house so he wrote a little song.

"Java Jitter" was supposed to be DaVido's ticket to stardom. He even got a big-time record promoter to send Starbucks the song. But no luck! So in the true spirit of expression, DaVido went into promotional over drive with a performance tour of every Starbucks in his area with the hopes of getting their attention. Because Starbucks forbids filming he was physically kicked out of over 203 different Starbucks.
